This game is honestly terrible. Right from the start it feels unbalanced, unclear, and half-finished — I spent more time trying to figure out what the actual objective was than enjoying anything. It really feels like this should’ve been a free standalone mod for 7 Days to Die, not a separate paid game. The launch was bad enough that I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if development just quietly stops here. Easy 1/10 for me.
I gave 7 Days Blood Moons a try and the idea of one player controlling the zombie horde while others build and defend is actually pretty fun at first. Setting up defenses and surviving waves can lead to some chaotic moments, especially with friends.
But after a few matches, it starts to feel limited. The gameplay loop doesn’t evolve much, and the mechanics feel a bit rough overall. It’s one of those games where the concept carries it more than the execution.
Game is good in concept, but I think it’s kinda weird game in some aspects, but it has very good crafting system, base building and survival elements. Guns are not working well, a bit clunky. It needs optimization and more contents.
