Dying Light 2 Adds New Game Plus Mode That Brings Unexpected Dangers

It's time to start another playthrough.

Zombie parkour survival game Dying Light 2 Stay Human has released version 1.3.0. This new update came with a couple of bug fixes and difficulty tweaks, but the most exciting new feature about this new update is the new game plus mode that unlocks after beating the campaign.

New game + adds a new challenge to the game, with enemies scaling with the player’s level. This way, even if you are in the old regions of the game, there will still be danger lurking in every building. Not only are enemies going to be stronger, volatiles and banshees will now spawn during the night and are no longer locked to GRE facilities.

Let’s hope the new legendary weapon that was added in with the new game plus is up to the challenge. For those who rather wanna test their parkour skills, you can now obtain a platinum rank on parkour challenges. 30 new inhibitors have been added to new game +, allowing you to finally max both stamina and health.

Besides new game + and fixes, they added one new quest “Something big has been here” where you will find special elemental variants of enemies.

What do you think about the inclusion of a new game plus mode? Do you think it has enough changes or does it need more to spice it up?
