    Satisfying Automation, Relaxing Progression
    7
    • Pros
    • Relaxing gameplay
    • Terraforming
    • Fun automation
    • Satisfying progression
    • Good atmosphere
    • Cons
    • Repetitive grind
    • Limited variety
    • Needs more depth
    • Can feel slow
    • Basic combat

I tried Eden Crafters expecting another basic crafting survival game, but I actually ended up getting addicted to the automation and terraforming loop. Watching a dead planet slowly turn greener while your machines keep expanding production feels surprisingly satisfying. It gave me strong Planet Crafter and Satisfactory vibes at times.

The game is really relaxing to play, especially when your factory setup finally starts working smoothly. But after longer sessions, the grind and repetitive resource management start becoming noticeable. It still needs a bit more depth and variety to stay interesting long term.

    From hostile planet to home...
    8
    • Pros
    • Engaging terraforming mechanics,
    • Co-op mode enchances gameplay,
    • Crafting and building provide a sense of progression.
    • Cons
    • Structures sometimes misalign,
    • No map,
    • Early pacing can feel slow,
    • Some systems lack tutorials of guidance.

Eden Crafters offers a promising blent of planet crafter and satisfactory, delivering a satisfying terraforming and automation experience. The game’s emphasis on transforming hostile planets into habitable environment provides a compelling challenge for fans of the genre. Graphic wise the game looks more like a low budget production. it’s not total ugly but it’s not decent at all.

The automation system is a standout feature, allowing players to set up intricate production lines that streamline resource gathering and processing. This aspect adds depth and satisfaction, especially as you progress and unlock more complex machinery.

However, the game isn’t without its flaws. The building system, while functional, lacks the polish of its inspirations. Some players have noted that structures don’t always align well, and the absence of a map can make navigation cumbersome. Additionally, the oxygen mechanic, which requires players to manage breathable air, may feel restrictive to some.

The game’s pacing can also be a point of contention. Early stages may feel slow, and the lack of clear guidance can lead to confusion. Some players have expressed frustration with the game’s diffifulty spikes, particularly during certain environmental challenges.

Despite there issues, Eden crafters shines in its co-op mode, where teamwork becomes essential. Collaborating with others to tackle the planet’s challenges adds a layer of enjoyment and replayability.

In conclusion, Eden Crafters presents a solid foundation for a terraforming and automation game. While it has areas that require refinement, its core gameplay mechanics are engaging and offer potential for future updates. Fans of the genre may wind it worth exploring, especially as the developers continue to enhance and expand upon the game’s features.

Great Potential in a Growing World
    7
    • Pros
    • Beautiful and colorful open world
    • Relaxing atmosphere with casual gameplay
    • Creative building mechanics
    • Promising crafting and farming systems
    • Frequent updates and active devs
    • Cons
    • Still lacks depth in some systems
    • Limited content at early stages
    • Occasional bugs and performance issues
    • Needs better tutorials or onboarding
    • Multiplayer experience can feel empty

Eden Crafters is a charming and peaceful crafting sandbox game with tons of potential. It offers a relaxing experience with its vibrant world, creative freedom, and fun building mechanics. The crafting and exploration systems show promise, especially for players who enjoy games like Valheim or Minecraft but in a more casual setting. However, it’s still in early development, with a few bugs, missing features, and limited content. That said, the developers seem engaged, and the community is growing. Definitely worth keeping an eye on if you enjoy chill crafting adventures.

Build, Explore, and Survive in an Idyllic World
    7
    • Pros
    • Freedom of creation and customization
    • Interesting survival mechanics
    • Factories crafting
    • Rewarding exploration
    • Diverse biomes
    • Immersive atmosphere
    • Cons
    • Repetitiveness in some resource management mechanics
    • Slow and sometimes frustrating construction

Welcome to Eden Crafters, a game where creation, exploration, and survival intertwine to offer you an immersive experience in a beautiful and wild world. If you loved the exploration and building aspects of The Planet Crafter, you’ll likely find yourself right at home in this game, where survival, resource management, and the creation of a viable environment are at the heart of the adventure.

In Eden Crafters, you play as a character who finds themselves in an isolated, almost paradisiacal world, yet also unforgiving. You’ll need to gather resources, build structures, and defend yourself against natural dangers and hostile creatures that populate this environment. The game offers a wide range of crafting and building mechanics, allowing you to create your own shelter and customize every aspect of your adventure.

The gameplay heavily focuses on exploration and construction. You’ll have the freedom to create buildings, tools, and upgrade your skills. Your goal is to make the planet habitable. However, to achieve this, your bare hands alone won’t suffice. You’ll need help, specifically, a factory. This will allow you to progress faster and craft materials that you can’t create on your own. The survival aspect is also present, with needs for food and water, as well as climatic conditions that influence your choices. The exploration aspect is especially enjoyable, with a wide variety of biomes to discover, each with its own fauna, flora, and secrets to uncover.

Visually, Eden Crafters is a real treat for the eyes. The graphics, though quite stylized, have a certain charm, with rich and detailed environments that will make you want to explore them. The landscapes, ranging from lush forests to imposing mountains, create total immersion in this living world. The soundtrack perfectly complements the experience, with soothing music and natural sound effects that enhance the game’s immersive atmosphere.

However, not everything is perfect in Eden Crafters. While the game offers great creative freedom, some aspects of resource management can sometimes feel repetitive. The building mechanics, while comprehensive, can become a bit slow if you want to create complex structures. Additionally, managing energy and vital resources can be a challenge, with moments where you may feel a bit lost in the many options and decisions to make. That said, it’s important to remember that the game is still in early access, and the studio has plenty of time to refine its aspects.

In summary, Eden Crafters is a captivating adventure for those who enjoy creativity, exploration, and survival in a rich and vibrant world. Although it has a few imperfections, it remains an excellent choice for sandbox enthusiasts like me and those who love playing at their own pace while building their own paradise.

    • Pros
    • Expansive crafting
    • Mining with a drone
    • Very cool wave disaster
    • Cool designs of the assets
    • Cons
    • Feels grindy, which is good, but it can get hard

The game has the potential to be very good. More work and polishing will make it very fun to play. Eden Crafters offers a compelling blend of crafting, automation, and terraforming. While it faces typical early access challenges, its unique mechanics (like a massive wave hitting your base) and active development suggest a promising future for players seeking a dynamic survival experience.

    Planet Crafter Factorio
    7
    • Pros
    • Easy to learn
    • Music
    • Massive world
    • Base building
    • Drone
    • Crafting
    • Cons
    • Graphics
    • Bugs

if you love factorio and planet crafter this would be the perfect fit. it’s alright to waste a few hours on if your bored. Use the drone to build stuff, makes things so much easier. Towards the end of the game, its easier to handcraft some things rather then setting up a production chain. Graphics are not so good compared to other crafting games. You can try if you love the genre
