Flow Studio has introduced the long-awaited animal companions to Len’s Island in a recent update. Amongst a dozen new items, the game also supports four new languages.
There are a total of four animals you can tame right now. By completing the first dungeon, you’ll unlock a brand-new dog companion that will be your loyal friend throughout the game. A cat can be found in Bridgewater town, and a new wolf companion can be tamed during the Harvest Moon event. When you explore the desert biome, keep an eye out for the elusive tiger. The cat, wolf, and tiger can all be tamed using a bait box.

The new pets are not just for show. Your dog and cat can be trained to retrieve items off the ground for you, including items such as glass bottles from the beach or the logs that drop after you cut down a tree, and they even help you mine. Meanwhile, wolves and tigers are more aggressive and will attack nearby enemies, stunning them before they go in for some quick damage.
Each animal other than the dog needs a specific food item to be tamed. These items can be stored in the bait box, however, some bait is not used to attract new companions but is used to lure monsters instead. Additionally, there is a new accessory, the explorer’s hat, while wearing this hat it will show you nearby collectible items on the map.
There are 12 new decorations and pet items, as well as new farming planters that you can use to plant a single crop.
