If you’re a fan of Miju Games’ space survival game Planet Crafter, now is a great time to get excited! In the latest update, the developers have added the highly requested vehicle, two new biomes, a fifth animal species, and, on top of that, they’ve announced the first paid DLC, Planet Humble.
As the name suggests, this expansion will provide a new map to explore and make habitable. It is stated to be half the size of the main game world and includes several new snowy biomes, creepy caves, and new flora and fauna. There will be a new story and secrets to uncover. As of the announcement, the developers have yet to reveal a release date.

The developers of Planet Crafter have revealed new footage of their first DLC, which will take survivors to the brand new Planet Humble, expected to be half the size of the base game map.#planetcrafter @MijuGames pic.twitter.com/d1Q2mSBKAO
The 1.211 update adds the Rover vehicle, which is a major new addition that most people were looking forward to. This upgradable buggy will help you get around the planet more easily. It is unlocked in the mid-game, with its upgrades coming from the many micro blueprint chips scattered around the world. With these, you can gain basic features like a beacon, headlights, and a storage chest, as well as multiple tiers of speed enhancers and infinite oxygen while inside the vehicle. It can even drive underwater and over most terrain. If you find yourself in a situation where you’d rather walk, you can store the entire vehicle in your pocket or leave it and recall it at the garage.

We also got two new biomes on the eastern side of the map. One of them is a large, flat desert, perfect for driving around while you search for the secrets hidden there. This biome is also home to a new animal: a goat with unusual-looking horns. The other biome is a radiated cave with glowing rocks and toxic water that will kill you if you try to swim in it.
What would you like to see in the Planet: Humble DLC that isn’t included in the base game?
