Have you missed some good zombie shooting action? Welcome to ParadiZe is back with a new update, introducing a few defensive turrets for your base, higher difficulty, and new weapons.

Defending your camp is one of the most important objectives in Welcome to ParadiZe. However, it looks like the zombies have learned a lesson or two from you. Three new defensive turrets have been incorporated into enemy camps. To unlock them yourself is slightly different from getting any other building in the game, since you normally have to complete a quest to unlock a structure. In this case, when you destroy one of the turrets you obtain fragments and by combining enough of them you unlock the crafting recipe to place them in your own base.  

The types of turrets include the wooden gatling gun, which fires projectiles in a straight line, the snow cannon, which shoots in an arcing pattern from left to right, and the vegetable mortar, which rains down a healthy salad onto the invading undead.

Two regular weapons can be obtained by defeating elite zombies, and these are the katana and the metal disc. If you want the mythical version of these items, you are going to have to take down the golden zombie or a boss.

For those who enjoy the extra challenge while testing out their new weapons, the developers have added the long awaited hard mode. This difficulty gives the enemies increased health and damage. The mode can be turned on from the start of the game or if you use an existing world you can change to the hard difficulty from the pause menu.
