Scum developers worked hard to release their latest Wings of Fury update. The new 0.7 patch introduces airplanes, outposts with NPC traders, sportbike, and more. Let’s see what this update has in store for us.

Airplanes

Survival takes a whole new level with airplanes. The game introduces The Red Kinglet Scout and the Blue Kinglet Duster. These two 2-seater biplanes are not only a good way to travel the SCUM island but also to scout for resources, enemy locations and bring fights to great heights.

The main difference between these airplanes is that the Red Kinglet Scout is slightly faster and more agile, while the Blue Kinglet Duster consumes less fuel and allows you to fly longer distances. It’s up to you to decide which one is a better choice for your next trip.

The biplanes can be found The Zeljava airfield and the main airfield. Both of these are in highly secure Military areas. Even if you manage to get to them, airplanes won’t be in the best condition. Make sure you bring a fuel canister and the Aeroplane repair kit if you want to take off these bad boys.

If your airplane gets shot while flying, the newly added parachutes will come in handy. They will help you take care of flight emergencies and jumping from high places will be a no-brainer. Just press F and open the parachute in time.

Outposts

Outposts with NPC traders are another big addition to the game. You can find 4 new outposts. One of them is located on the RPI church island, while the other 3 can be found around the southern part of the map.

All of these outposts have 3 different traders that sell various equipment, items, and gear. However, the prices and the list of items will vary based on their location.

Sportbike

If you are up for a road trip, jump on a new Sportbike. It’s currently the best 2 wheel vehicle that allows you to cover long distances faster. Just be cautious and don’t hit a tree as it is highly susceptible to environmental damage.
