Pocketpair has released their biggest Seamless World update for Craftopia, along with a roadmap for the future.
The multiplayer survival game Craftopia loves to draw inspiration from a variety of video game classics, like Pokémon, Genshin Impact, Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and a farming game of your choice, with some automation tossed in for good measure.
Let’s take a look at what has changed since the Seamless World Update, which altered or improved many of the previous game elements.
The separate island worlds that would load whenever you entered a new biome have been replaced by a single, expansive map that lets you move between the many biomes instantly and without disrupting the game’s immersion.
Combat has also been improved, and a new attack has been added. You can launch a devastating assault that will break the opposing shield if you time it perfectly and keep an eye on the enemy shield gauge. This will offer you an advantage while battling some of the bosses or even swarms of small monsters.

Additionally, brand-new pipeline mechanics have been implemented to enable improved crafting automation. The degree of automation that you may implement into your projects in Craftopia is one of the features that sets it apart from other video games. One of my favorite scenes from the update’s video has an automated soup maker with a system of conveyor belts that gives your cows a little ride on a conveyor belt before ultimately becoming soup ingredients dumped into a very large bowl.
And then, there are the dungeon redesigns, which have given each dungeon a distinct vibe and given it new riddles, systems, and difficulties to solve. You might use your imagination to devise some novel workarounds to overcome the devious dungeons.
These are some of the significant chances in Seamless World. The developers have, however, also given us a sneak preview of several new features that will be included in the July update, such as caves that can be found all over the world that lead to underground pathways that are rich with lucrative treasures and, I imagine, some creatures as well.
What do you think about the latest Craftopia’s update? Let me know in the comments.
