Flow Studio released the next major update for their survival game Len’s Island. The Harvest Moon expansion introduces a new event, islands, building recipes, and upgradable towns.

There have been three new islands added, each with its own outpost. In order to buy one of them, you will have to talk to Jack the pirate and will cost you 1,000 gold each. These outposts will automatically collect resources like wood, stone, and metal for you.

The brand new Harvest Moon event now occurs every 5 in-game days. During this event, crops grow 4 times faster, and outpost production is boosted to 10 times its normal speed. You will encounter voidlings around the map while the event is going on, and enemies will try to attack your newly purchased outposts. But don’t worry, you can easily skip the event by sleeping in a bed or hiding in the caves. 

To help you defend against the waves, they added two new defensive buildings, the ballista tower and swivel cannon. The ballista tower will automatically shoot any nearby enemy completely free, don’t ask how it summons bolts out of nowhere. The swivel cannon is controlled by the player and will deal significantly more damage and can even be attached to the front of your ship.

Each town now has a Town Board that you can open to upgrade that town. This will improve the layout, and unlock new shops, and warp portals so you can teleport between villages. Each level will also reward you with gold that you can use to buy new outposts.

Towns are not the only ones that get this handy warp feature, you will be able to build one yourself too, and sync it up to the portal network.
