    I can say that it is almost the same version of 7 days to die, a little behind in terms of development. If you are wondering whether to buy the Alternative Doomsday scenario, buy it without hesitation, this is a production with a future and potential but waiting for support. Performance may vary depending on the system because it is still in early access. I recommend this game.

    • Very little in terms of building
    • Very little content in general
    • Game aims way above its weight class trying to be the next dayz
    • Many game breaking bugs come and go with every update
    • Early access is an understatement.
    • Likely to die to lag multiple times as the zombies dont register being hit

    I’ve tried to play this game seriously more than once but the overall bugs lack of content and player base has drove me off of this title numerous times.
    At the time of review I am planning to give it another try in the coming weeks due to some new updates.

    Change my mind. I want this game to be good.

    • The new fortification mechanic has given the game a more apocalyptic vibe, New chainsaw is good but the axe is still quieter and to be fair more tactical than a buzzing chain saw.
    • Gameplay is basic but fun but can be repetitive.
    • Active devs even after all this time are plugging away at improvements etc.
    • They do listen to the community within realms of their vision for the game,
    • Cons
    • Lack of things to do post getting a defendable base setup, and you need to do it as the main issue for me is you get horde attacks every night, would be good to have a chance of one but it's been suggested.
    • Floating peaceable items allow access to areas you shouldn't be able to get to. But they are looking into this.

    Overall it’s a hell of a lot better than it was at the start, They took a hit due to steam releasing a video that was of a concept for the final game, Players expected this and took it rather bad but it has had a steady following since EA.

    A very good and solid zombie apocalypse game that is being updated in a regular timeframe and has so much potential.
    If you have the game install it again and take a fresh look. I’m running a server called White Peaks, so join in if you want and see what has changed. Then maybe put in a counter review.

    • There's a lot to do and explore, especially when you first get started.
    • The horde night is challenging & fun yet doable.
    • You can fortify and make any structure your own.
    • The game has a great intro tutorial to help new players get on their feet.
    • New updates and improvements regularly.
    • Cons
    • Needs more weapon's.
    • Needs more larger POIs
    • The crafting sometimes feels overbearing and clunky but it's of course early access so does improve slightly with each update.

    Overall a great game, really fun with friends and the PVP is brutal if that’s your kind of thing.
    There’s a lot to do and see, with new places and improvements being added all the time!
