Miju Games has released the newest update for their Earth building survival game Planet Crafter. The new features are plentiful, adding space trading, frogs, more decorations, a brand new biome, fan requested features, and more.

This update is mainly focused on ‌space trading. Once you reach the “breathable oxygen stage” you will receive an email with a new recipe for a rocket launch pad. You can send items like circuit boards or different types of rods back to Earth in exchange for a new currency called Terra Tokens. With this money, you can buy new items or decorations. The limited items you were only able to obtain during the birthday event are now obtainable again through this feature. So players can farm wheat and cocoa to their heart’s desire and use it to make cakes or cookies in the oven. New customizable beds, couches, and rooms can be bought. And for ‌people who want to upgrade and expand, you can buy bigger lockers and a tier 2 drone.

When drones were introduced, they would only transfer items from one storage to another. Fans asked the devs to update these drones to also harvest algae and the farms, so they can automate everything on the base. This feature has been added to the space trading update.

A new stage has been added to the game and amphibians are now part of the world. You can collect frog eggs and get 10 different species to inhabit the planet. Getting the eggs is similar to the fish and can be hatched on the amphibian’s farm.

At the top of the meteor crater, you can find a new waterfall. Diving under the water here leads to a long underwater cave with secrets and items to be found. There are also small ponds around where you can find frog eggs to start the new frog population. The outer parts of the planet have been changed a bit. A huge ocean has been added to mark the end of the map. There is sadly nothing there.

There is a new meteor event that gives a ton of items, six new achievements to collect, and new crafting items like Mutagen t4.
