Enshrouded, one of the biggest survival games this year, has received the first major update, which includes new quests, items, dungeons, and locations to explore.
The various biomes in the game have been expanded with a new playable area called the Hollow Halls. These special locations are populated with enemies and challenges that correspond to the level of the monsters in that biome. This region is also home to many dangerous dungeons ready to test your combat skills. Completing these challenges will reward you with new items.
The developers have been working hard to improve the game world, and new locations are not the only places worth exploring. They have also improved some of the older areas. The town of Willow Crush, which is located in the Revelwoods area, has been completely reworked, so give it a visit and see what’s new.

Enshrouded now features a brand-new crafting station with numerous new recipes, including weapons, building blocks, furniture, and decorative props. These unlock progressively as you explore the world. The seedbed workstation has undergone a slight rework, enabling players to grow more tree seedlings. Trees have been given new growing stages to enhance the natural progression of growth.
Additionally, a highly requested feature that players have been asking for is now available: you can now sit on furniture such as chairs, benches, thrones, and toilets.
A series of quests has been added to guide you through the Hollow Halls. This new story content can be started at the Alchemist NPC that you unlock for your base. Cade the Carpenter has some new goodies for you, he added a new set of round doors and windows to his inventory. Emily the Farmer has also been updated and now offers potted plants that players can use to add a touch of color to their bases. In order to craft these pots, you will need to have access to a kiln.
What do you think of Enshrouded’s first big update?
