Developers Miju Games have revealed the time frame for their next big map expansion update for Planet Crafter. The new content will be added to the game in just a few weeks.

The next update will focus on expanding the size of the map with a new biome, cave, and more secret locations. A few images have been revealed. Let’s take a look at them.

The image above comes from the new caves. Looking at the ceiling, it is covered in large white crystals, which most likely means you can find and farm for zeolite in this cave, something a lot of players have been asking for.

These next two images seem to be a preview of a new biome. This might be located around the ravine behind the cliffs where you can find a lot of super alloy; the terrain looks rather similar but that is just speculation at this point. There are also no new items or buildings in any of these images.

With new secrets we can also expect more lore. Who’s old base will we find this time, and do they have any more information on the reason why this planet seems to be pulling in ships? We just have to wait and see. The developers have mentioned adding new building and crafting items as well as “a lot of quality of life improvements” but nothing else has been confirmed or shared about this.
