Ever wanted to construct your dream apocalypse car? Yodubzz Studios’ newest update for their zombie survival game Humanitz focuses on vehicle upgrades. It also introduces new weapons, a few new points of interest, with olders one getting a revamp, and a hacker skill.
There are a total of seven armor additions you can make to your death machine on wheels. This doesn’t just include side plates for added protection, but also a large bumper with spikes to ram through any horde. They can be crafted at the new vehicle upgrade bench, and they come in three tiers: wooden planks, scrap metal, and iron. After you finish creating one, you simply walk up to your car and press the interaction button to install it. Alongside this, you can also upgrade parts to hold more fuel, muffle the exhaust so zombies hear you less, and add an alarm for those pesky thieves.
Total carnage begins 🏎️

If you want to survive a zombie apocalypse, you always have to be on the move. That’s where the latest HumanitZ update comes into play, bringing new possibilities to create fortified vehicles. pic.twitter.com/uPenbTjuVm
However, it’s not all fun and games as tires now have durability. The more worn they are, the harder it will be to control your vehicle, and over time, they can become completely destroyed, requiring you to replace them with new ones. If they break down in the middle of nowhere with nothing around, don’t worry, you can always relieve the anger by hitting the zombies with the new tire iron melee weapon.
A variety of POIs have been added to Humanitz. These include the mining site, a dock with a large container ship that you can explore, and a hidden bunker. The airport also got some attention and has been revamped to make it more interesting to explore. If you go out on a looting run to any of these locations, it’s the perfect time to try out some of the weapons that have been added, like the P90 submachine gun, S Val, and M4A1.
Will you be pimping up your ride in the new update? Let me know in the comments.
