Haemimont Games released details about their upcoming paid DLC for their survival strategy game Stranded: Alien Dawn. You will be able to play through new scenarios, meet new characters, and get ready to automate tasks with some new robot friends in the “Robots and Guardians” DLC.
You are part of a small group of rebels, consisting of up to three members, and you rescued the galaxy’s first sentient android called “Hope”. However, you will now have to flee from the people who created Hope, seeking refuge on an uncharted planet located in the Outer Worlds. The primary objective is to safeguard Hope’s essence of humanity.
While you fight to protect the android, it will develop new skills and traits by carrying out tasks around the base, until it obtains full sentience. However, if Hope sustains too much damage, the rebels will be overrun by the company that created Hope and lose the scenario.
She requires specific foods to restore her energy instead of sleeping like normal characters.

The new DLC features robotic defenses, including defense bots, and flying battle drones, which are available in all scenarios while the mobile turrets are exclusive to the guardian’s scenario.
The expansion will also feature non-sentient bipedal robots, which are constructed from AI cores and other advanced materials, and are available in all scenarios. These robots come in two groups: defense bots and service bots. Service bots can carry resources, plant and harvest crops, gather resources, repair devices, and even cook food for survivors. While defense bots can be equipped with melee and ranged weapons, to help you out in combat.
