The Bloodfeast has arrived to Stunlock Studios hit vampiric survival game V Rising. This event comes with a free DLC, a new permanent game mode, and a free Halloween weekend.

Halloween event

V Rising is all about spooky monsters and atmosphere so it is no surprise that Stunlock Studios decided to celebrate the scariest day of the year in V Rising. During the weekend of the 28th of October to the 1st of November, the game will be free for everyone to experience. So if you have not tried one of the best survival games this year, now is your chance! 

The developers bring the festive spirit in the form of free DLC. The haunted night castle pack will be available from the 24th of October to the 7th of November so get it while you can. This expansion is filled with seasonal decorations like pumpkins, web drapes, and skull candles. If you want to redecorate your entire castle to a Halloween-themed one that is possible as well. The pack comes with a set of new wallpapers, floors, stained glass windows, and more.

New modes and more

On the 24th of October, you will find a new preset when setting up a server called Mad Hunt. This mode will bring chaos to the world by randomizing boss spawn locations, the V Blood rewards they give, and more. If you are more of a solo player you can activate each setting separately on your private server (or turn them all on and have the true Mad Hunt experience). Some spells and other features like the raid timer on official servers are going to be rebalanced. V Rising will be available on Geforce Now starting on the 27th of October just in time for players to experience the Halloween Event.
