Dysplaced is a sandbox survival crafting game where you fall from the sky into an imperiled realm and must find ways to survive and defeat a dark force. The developers have revealed new details about the enemies that will include humans, humanoids, formidable bosses, and wild creatures.
The specific human enemy type, known as Cultist Initiates, is the lowest rank within a mysterious cult organization. Short-range melee assaults using stone daggers can be expected from this rank of Cultist. They are agile and can dodge attacks, making battles more challenging. Cultist skills, combat abilities, weapons, and armor depend on their tier in the hierarchy. The higher the rank, the greater the threat they pose, with more dangerous weaponry.

Humanoids, a type of enemy within a faction called Nyghtmare, have been added to the list of adversaries. Despite their lower level, humanoids are very aggressive and masterful with a large sword. Some of them may wield shields, adding to their defensive capabilities. Victory is not guaranteed if you decide to engage in a fight with them.
The developers revealed that they plan to add more wildlife to Dysplaced, as their previous game, Dysmantle, was lacking it. A wild boar is one of the new creatures. It is generally friendly unless you decide to hunt it for meat. The boar will defend itself, so be ready for a fight. Hide and bones can be looted from the defeated animal.
Chances of surviving struggles with enemies can be increased with the help of additional skills and buffs. Players will be able to purchase new skills, paying for them with ‘currency’ such as food dishes, ores, plant-based materials, and more. Cooking will pay off as you can gain timed buffs, permanent skill increases, and instant healing.
Dysmantle is a fun game, and I’m looking forward to seeing what they are going to come up with in their next survival adventure.
