Are you looking for some new games to play? Steam is holding a festival dedicated to games with base-building elements. It includes many survival games as building is a big part of the genre.
5 Upcoming Games
1. Above Snakes makes its return with the demo from the survival fest. Explore the world one tile at a time. Survive and uncover new tiles by gathering resources that you can place down to expand your world.
2. The tribe building survival game Tribe: Primitive Builder may not have a typical demo. Instead, you will be able to apply for an open playtest and find your place on an island full of fellow exiles.
3. In Farworld Pioneers, you crashland onto an alien planet with a crew and have to build a base and protect it from raiders.
4. The Life Not Supported demo got a brand new update. You can now survive in space with friends.
5. Aloft, the survival game where you explore the skies and visit floating islands, got an updated demo during the festival. It includes new building features, gliding controls, and much more.
For those who have had their eyes on a survival game for a while now you might be in luck. As with every Steam festival, plenty of games can be found on sale. The Steam Base Builder Fest will run until the 30th, 2023 of January.
If the survival games you are waiting for do not have any building, no need to worry. Steam Next Fest will be back on January 6th, 2023 with plenty more sales and demos for you to try out.
